🧾 Refund Policy

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made directly via SuncoastStaycation.com.

Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation requests received within the permitted cancellation window.
  • Technical errors or payment issues caused by our systems.
  • Extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, natural disaster) reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Conditions

  • Non-refundable rates and special promotions are excluded from refunds.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Suncoast Staycation reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction fees or cancellation penalties.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings

  • Full Refund: Cancellation requests received at least 7 days prior to check-in date.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations within 7 days of check-in date.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or failure to appear (no-shows).

Group & Promotional Bookings

Custom cancellation terms may apply; please refer to the specific booking confirmation.

Modifications

Guests may request changes to booking dates up to 72 hours before arrival, subject to availability and any price adjustments.
